All the attention she received from every single person who works there meant the world to us. Traditions is a good place to entrust your loved ones too. They have sign in the entryway that says, "Blessed All Those Who Visit, They Come as Guest and Leave as Family." They mean it!
The check-in was clear and fast and we were given copies of everything. My wife seemed to fight right in and everyone made her welcome. I must commend the kitchen staff as I watched them several times preparing and serving meals and snacks. I ate once with my wife and everything was quite good. Feeding 40 people with different diets - wow.
Deciding to put my mom in a nursing home a couple months ago was a very difficult decision for our family. Of course, we were concerned about where she would reside. We have really been pleased with Traditions Memory Care starting from the intake process to present. Everyone has been nice, helpful, friendly, and kind. We feel like she is very well taken care of and appreciate the work of everyone on the staff. She is safe, which is our number one priority. We also appreciate the remodeling. We are sure Traditions will continue to keep up the care she has received so far and we will get to know the staff even better!
